We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfers for your convenience. Payment is collected on-site after your haircut or hair service. Our mobile POS system allows us to securely process debit and credit card payments, as well as cash. 


Yes, a mobile fee applies to each appointment to cover travel expenses to and from your location. Full details are available on our Coverage page. This fee is collected together with your final payment on-site 


We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee


Yes! We specialize in making hair services comfortable and convenient for families, children, seniors, and individuals with mobility challenges 


Please ensure there is a comfortable space with good lighting and access to an electrical outlet. If you have pets, kindly keep them in a safe space during your appointment. 


We love tailoring services to your needs! Simply mention your request when booking or contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 


No, you don’t have to pay when booking online. Payment is only taken after your appointment is completed, using our POS system
